Korg MicroX
Korg MicroX as the name suggests is a compact portable music synthesizer that packs a punch despite its size by delivering the finest quality music amongst its peers based on the hi-tech modern computer integrated technology installed in the music system which is in the musician’s control with the advanced controls provided.
Korg MicroX incorporates a hi-synthesis music system that helps generate the high quality and variety of songs that any musician will require and demand. The synthesizer has been designed to be compatible with both home computer and the modern studio fixtures and with the ease of mobility; its accessibility to different systems at different locations makes it a favorite amongst musicians.
Apart from the Hi Synthesis system to generate sounds, Korg MicroX has a 64 mega byte ROM which has 640 programs based on a wide range of music styles. This synthesizer has been provisioned to mix up to 8 sounds- out of 384 combinations already provided- together to create complex digital sounds. In addition up to four sound effects can be used simultaneously and the four channel audio output allows these sounds to be created in the finest quality and the provision for them to be modulated using external features and programs. It uses the famous DAW software for generation of multi-timbral sounds.
This synthesizer is considered peerless even amongst the Triton series where it has derived the hi-synthesis system from. Despite being short on features than a regular device, this music instrument is a favorite because it does have substantial features to enthrall a musician majorly because of its capability to create music on the go. Easy to learn and master, musicians have found it very easy to use and deep edit even when they are not at the studio on their regular electronic keyboard. Its predecessor X50 is said to have similar features but MicroX steals the show with the new, easy layout which makes it so easy to play piano on the move and create music too.
This Korg keyboard masterpiece is made by the corporation which started business in Japan in 1962 building rhythm machines, but with the launch and the subsequent success of the first Korg synthesizer, the organization has not looked back and has been producing gems like these.
Priced at about $700 dollars, it is a keyboard to help any professional creating music on the go.
